Adventures Unlimited is a community-based organization
which depends upon help from committed volunteers who are
an integral part of our outreach. Without the help of dedicated
volunteers, it would be impossible to carry out our mission.
There are plenty of opportunities for you to get involved and

Upon review of your application, we will contact you to schedule an
orientation.
Orientation ~ Volunteers are required to go through a one-hour
orientation with our volunteer coordinator covering information on
Adventures Unlimited, activities offered, volunteer expectations and
needs, and safety procedures. The volunteer coordinator will also
discuss with you your available time, interests, strengths, and how
they correspond to the needs of our programs.
Background Checks ~ May be performed
First Aid and CPR ~ We require all staff on our trips, including
volunteers, to be CPR and First Aid certified. St. Peter's Hospital
offers a combination class of First Aid and CPR. Dates offered for
2009 are: March 21, May 23, July 25, September 26, and November
21.
